Emotional Intelligence or EQ is at the top of my list. I prefer to call it, “emotional literacy” because “intelligence” is connected with a “fixed mindset”. WE all can become more literate and not focus on “intelligence”. I suggest we all lead with social and emotional skills, attitudes, and dispositions.
